Meet The Staff

Executive Director- Lance MacLaughlin
Lance has been with MOSTA since January 2023. Lance retired from his role of Lieutenant Colonel of MSHP in December 2022 after serving the Patrol for over 27 years.   Lance replaced Kemp Shoun who served as the Executive Director of MOSTA from 2017-2023.

Commissary Manager- Nikkie Spratt
Nikkie has been with MOSTA since April 2015.  She handles commissary sales and operations on a daily basis.  If you are in need of a specialty item such as a logo shirt or logo products please contact Nikkie.

Events/Projects Manager and Ballistic Vest Sales- Kate Hill
Kate started working with MOSTA in 2018.  She coordinates member benefits, events, and ballistic vest sales.  

Receptionist- Diane Springs
Diane has been with MOSTA since 2007.  She is usually the first person you meet at MOSTA.  She also is active in commissary sales.
